Eastlink's Channel 13

Post #1 by JohnW » Tue Oct 07, 2014 11:48 am

Straight cable hookup to the TV, no digital box thingy and etc..

I cannot remember a time when this channel was ever clear........ is it just me?

Just You. Do you have any issues with any digital channels?

Also, what do channels 12 and 23 look like in analog?

12 and 23 are fine. This is the only channel that seems to be screwed up. I can remember is being the same at my old house like 9 years ago.

Makes no sense then if the other two are OK. I was thinking interference with Global broadcasting over the air but it is digital now so should be ok. How is channel 11?

If none of your digital channels or your internet connection are affected then it might not be with it to get it checked unless this TV is always analog.

That thingy is a digital cable terminal or digital receiver.

It probably would be fine because it "tunes" into a totally different frequency to get the digital version.

Does that crappy signal happen regardless of the TV?

Have any of the Coax cables or splitters been changed?

4? Depends on the amount of people and number of rooms. [think

I have a separate receiver for each set so it won't matter. Pvr in mancave also, it's handy when all the new shows start.
