It looks like they might split the vacant area into 4 stores instead of one full one.

That's been empty for awhile now. I'll be surprised if anything goes in there soon. I've heard the Giant Tiger isn't doing very well but Dollar Tree is.

Oh I know it's been empty but they were going to lease that one full area and now it's split in four. That Giant Tiger don't seem to have the grocery products that Cochrane does. The Cochrane store is crazy busy and the selection is just amazing.

I've heard that both GTs in Timmins aren't doing well.

I've been in them both and find that their selection is boring and limited.

Banks don't tend to open new branches unless there is population and economic growth.

I agree that a new LCBO location is badly needed. One of those regional stores that has a better layout. That location is not suitable.

Subway/Mr. Sub - seriously??
