Health Unit Food Premises Reports Not Being Updated

Post #1 by Riskynet » Tue Jan 07, 2014 1:35 pm

Interesting that these aren't being updated on a regular basis. Last update was September 5, 2013. Wonder why ? [think

As John would say, call them up and ask them then report back.

these reports are meaningless, i am more concerned about how clean the place is over the warnings of refrigeration and frozen storage of hazardous foods as this could just mean they put previously cooked foods on a shelf meant for raw food. I also am more worried about how often the cook scratches himself or if he washed his hands before returning to the kitchen after his pee break, or how many times the steak fell on the floor before being cooked.

i am not worried about my kitchen as my body most likely has already inhaled most of the dirt and stuff that may be in it for years, so its not a concern as my body has already built up a immunity for my kitchen

They should still have more detailed report more often. The health unit covers most of this northern district and would love to know if some of these new restaurants in Smooth Rock follow all regulations. We should know if what we put in our body is safe.
