Spring snowstorm blasts Hearst

Post by Kramer » Tue May 12, 2015 6:08 pm

People in Hearst woke up to a winter wonderland Tuesday morning as a spring snowstorm blanketed the northern Ontario community with several centimetres of wet snow.

The snow is not expected to stick around for too long. Environment Canada is predicting periods of rain for Hearst on Tuesday along with periods of wet snow mixed with drizzle and a high of 5 C.

[shocked

Then again, it was 2 or 3 Mother's Days ago when Timmins was buried.

It was cold here today. Most of the day was around 12C. After 4 days of +25 or higher, it's like a bit of a slap in the face.

It going to feel HOT tomorrow. Harper is going to be here to buy votes. I'll be at home.

We'll be back in the upper 20s on the weekend.

But seriously.... that would SUCK BIG TIME.

I don't think Harper will win votes in Windsor.

Our PC candidate is very well know, she happens to be a very well liked city councilour too. She is ours. The PCs won't have much luck here though. They would would probably have better luck in Timmins.
