Rumour as it the owner of the building wasn't paid for the lease in three months so this past weekend police showed up to tell everyone to leave the restaurant. The owner of the franchise was removed from the premises with handcuffs on and the restaurant is now closed.

Permanent closure?? KFC closed a couple of years ago. Poor town.

He refused to leave the premises so police had no choice.

Who actually puts "EVICTED" in the windows? Like seriously? Makes it look like the chain itself is evicted...not a good corporate look.

I just hope when they re-open that people don't overcrowd the place, overwhelm the staff and ruin the atmosphere.
