What's up with these things?

From green to red in 10 seconds?

Oooo. [fist

I've always felt that there is something wrong with the sensors at that intersection. There is no other traffic around, you are about to turn left onto the bridge and the light changes to make you wait. If you're on the bridge and want to turn onto Airport Rd. it does the same thing and makes you wait. I think the sensors are reversed.

It was fine for me until like yesterday. The day before they were flashing red and amber while they were beautifying the ditch near there, once they went back to normal operation they started changing every 10 seconds. [fist

Oh, the other set of lights I enjoy are the ones at Wal*Mart. East/West traffic and those making a left out of Wal*Mart sit at a standstill for what seems like forever, while I assume there is an advanced green for "traffic" facing North.

I still hate that the advanced flashing green at Cameron/Algonquin (facing north) isn't longer! [swear

I still think they need to go back to arrows so everyone gets a chance to turn left. [fist

Just drove past those lights again. Light goes green, a truck and school bus make it through, then amber-red. [dumb

They should do the same with (with the turning lanes they did at Cameron and Algonquin) at Theriault and Jubilee (facing north), as there is the extra lane to go straight through, ie. from the lights at TH to the lights at Jubilee, the inner lane going north-bound should be a turning lane.
