32 vs. 64 bit Windows 7 Home

Would the average user notice any advantages or disadvantages?

Probably not. If you use a 32bit OS, any memory you have installed over 3.25GB probably won't get used. You also need a CPU and such that supports it. Most of them support 64bit except for bargain basement crap.



I would ask people it mostly depends on the amount of RAM you plan to use or possibly upgrade to in the future.



There are no extra "features" in one version over another.
