More information about Timmins in general

Business directory listings of all local business.

Articles and stories of people young and old, what does Timmins mean to all of you?

Everythingtimmins.com...has a nice ring to it huh?

Full business listings, full history of Timmins and surrounding areas, plus a place to talk Timmins!

lots of possiblilities to create a site with everyhting anyone could want from or know about this great city.

Also have you thought about optimizing your web pages to be more search engine friendly?

This place deserves to be seen by many others, it should be getting a better google pagerank than the one it has at the moment..

E-mail me if you would like to know a bit more about it.

Regards

Matt

Actually Matt, there are a few threads here that 'talk about Timmins'. Maybe not so much history as trivia but interesting nonetheless. Other than perhaps myself, the crowd here is a younger generation, but still seem to be quite interested in what was where and when.

More serious discussion about issues in this city rather than silly posts with some half-ass remarks would be nice. Sometimes this site reminds me of the Vent column in the Daily Press.

I just noticed that the program used for the comments shows Timmins as being spelled incorrectly. Perhaps the sysop could have it added to the dictionary.

Mr. Burns- You have a direct link on your site to the Shania Twain Centre and to The City of Timmins, Have they not offered to reciprocate? That would certainly increase exposure and membership on TalkTimmins.

I just went on the STC forum and they have a thread discussing Talktimmins. (The thread is called Timmins Talk). It was started a while back and most of the comments seem to be how to read the threads and whether or not registration is necessary. There seems to be one posting by some-one named smithers.
