Will be cooking up some moose steak on the BBQ for supper given to me by my neighbour. Since I'm not much of a wild meat kind of guy I started by putting the meat in half vinegar and salted water for 24 hours. Removed it from that and marinated it with a store bought sauce for another 24 hours. Hope it does the trick cause I'm hungry.
