Wow. There is a new one of those places opening every week here. Windsor is overrun with Shawarma and Pizza places.

The owner of Revillo's is discussing on social media whether or not he should reopen at another location and what changes should take place.

His food was not great. He talked a big game about working with a Shawarma guy in Ottawa. His shawarma was dry. It was precut and rewarmed. Should have been cut off the spit and recooked on grill immediately. Having the 2 step cooking satisfies the health department. He says they woulnd't let him do it that way the the regulations are provincial.
Also, not very appetizing to always see the staff outside having a smoke and then coming in to make your sandwich.

I have to agree with you. I've had much better in Ottawa. I remember having it as far back as the 1980s in some of the large shopping malls and it was great.
